Pengaruh penambahan tepung kunyit (Curcuma longa Linn.) terhadap pertumbuhan dan rasio konversi pakan ikan kakap putih (Lates calcarifer, Bloch)

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1sampai 3 Desember 2021 di Laboratorium Air Payau dan Laut Fakultas Perikanan Universitas Pekalongan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tepung kunyit (Curcuma longa Linn.) pakan terhadap pertumbuhan FCR ikan kakap putih (Lates calcarifer, Bloch). menggunakan metode eksperimen laboratorium dengan 4 perlakuan ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan A (pakan ditambah 5 gr/kg pakan), B 10 C 15 pakan) D 20 pakan). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa memberikan hasil terbaik biomassa mutlak tertinggi sebesar 6,6 g 1,4. Setelah dilakukan analisis regresi didapatkan nilai > 96%, artinya penambahan berpengaruh putih. Tingkat kelangsungan hidup (SR) selama semua 100%. Kualitas air masih dalam kisaran wajar yaitu suhu 28 -30 C, salinitas 28-30 ppt pH 7,4-7,8.
